1. Agreement
By installing or using Dunly (the “Service”), you (“Merchant”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Dunly provides accounts-receivable tools for Shopify, including a balance and aging dashboard, account statements, payment reminders, payment recording, and related features. Features may change over time.
3. Subscriptions & billing
The Service is billed through Shopify Billing on a recurring basis according to your selected plan, after any free trial. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your store, for how you communicate with your customers (including reminder emails sent through the Service), and for complying with applicable laws (including tax, invoicing, debt-collection and privacy laws) in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive communications, or to violate Shopify’s terms or any applicable law.
6. Data
Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your data to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dunly is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or debt-collection advice. Figures and reports are provided for convenience and should be verified against your records.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunly’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or for misuse. You may terminate by uninstalling.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
